Can I have a look around and meet the team before I commit?Yes of course. We would always recommend that you come and look at the facilities and ask as many questions as you like before starting. Why not bring your dog with you too?
-
Can I pickup/drop off my dog in my own vehicle?Yes, you can drop off in the morning from 8:00am, and you can pick up until 5:30pm Monday to Thursday and 5:00pm on Fridays.
-
Do you only accept well behaved dogs? No. One of the long term benefits of using DDC is you will see a change in your dogs behaviour over time. We aren’t a dog training facility, but we have years of experience in dog behaviour. Our staff hold a variety of relevant qualifications and have a passion for dog welfare.
-
Are you licenced & insured?Yes. We hold a licence with Bromsgrove District Council and we are insured through the pet business insurers who are award winning within their sector. Your special friend is covered within all areas of the day club as well as transportation to and from the site.
-
What happens when the weather turns cold or when it’s raining? We have a heated indoor play area and dog beds if your special friend prefers to play/rest inside. We also have an artificial grass area under shelter if they still want to play through the rain. Both options are available at any time.
-
What is the youngest age that you accept dogs into DDC?We generally accept puppies from as young as 20 weeks old and they have a specialist program designed for them, with constant carer supervision. We do keep puppy numbers to a minimum, so it is worth contacting us as soon as you are thinking about getting a puppy.
